Small space but one heck of a tasty breakfast sandwich. Loved the list of coffee drinks. Served hot or cold. Friendly service with a super easy system to get you served quickly. Small number of tables out front and we were fortunate to take advantage on a Saturday morning.

Great catchy name, had to stop in, and try the food. I did not realize all the great sandwiches that were offered. I ordered a cup of Joe, and the banana-nut muffin. The Salmon sandwich really looked good and I will try that next time. Its graffiti decor is cool and the disco funk music playing gave it a hip vibe. The service was great. The energy was good and friendly, perfect for a morning. The food was delivered within 5 minutes or so, the coffee was tasty. I do not add anything to my coffee so the taste is key. Plenty of parking, at least at 930 am Like me if you drive by and see the sign, you have to take the opportunity and stop , and enjoy a cup and a muffin, or a coffee drink or a sandwich, cause it's more than just muffins. And its really Good

Great Muffins!! Great Service! My favorite is the Classic Americano... their Aioli is to die for and I am a picky eater when it comes to condiments. Over all, great!!

Husband picked up breakfast for us from here, over the weekend. I'd always driven by and admired the name. The sandwiches and drinks are equally fun! I love how customizable just about everything is. The menu offers a wide variety of English muffin sandwiches, along with hash browns, acai or yogurt bowls and overnight oats, actual muffin muffins, and coffee drinks. I texted my order of a Mother Muffin Salmon sandwich because I'm obsessed with lox, and added a runny egg because why not. He then texted me again with "Did you see all the cool coffee drinks they have??" so I added an iced raspberry mocha with oatmilk to my order. We also shared some hash browns. My sandwich was outstanding, and I loved how generous they were with the salmon. I wish there was the option to order more cream cheese/spread because I didn't think it was enough for the sandwich. The hashbrowns were great too, and they also give side packets of cholula, ketchup and spicy mayo so that you can create the breakfast of your dreams. Paul's Banana Boat iced coffee was very tasty as well, and didn't have the artificial banana taste that a lot of drinks have. The prices here are super reasonable too, especially for Studio City! They also offer catering bundle sets for groups. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu!

I love the name of this spot ! The prices are affordable . The service is amazing . There's even some parking! I had the Sloppy Chorizo Breakfast Sandwich which was awesome. The pricing is great also , compared to other places in the area. A huge breakfast sandwich only costs $8.50! a similar sandwich was 15.95 at a recent restaurant I went to last week . The ambiance also reminds me of Sunday Morning! There's outside seating as well. The menu is simple and adding avocados and fried eggs to many sandwiches makes them super delicious! Will definitely come back here !

a perfect spot for a quick breakfast bite! Service here was fast and super friendly. It's a casual space, there are a few tables and counter seating inside, you order at the counter, and more seating is provided outside as well. A good variety of different muffin sandwiches are provided and also some fun specialty coffee drinks as well. The sandwiches are STUFFED which i appreciated (although made it hard to physically eat haha!). My personals favorite was the mother muffin salmon (I also loved the cute play on word themes!).

Stopped by here for a quick breakfast before a meeting. Service was quick and easy and the restaurant vibe is fun and bright yellow with high top seating and a handful of tables for 2. More seating outside. The muffins were yummy, elevated with their special sauce but a little spending at $9.95 for one. Delicious yet expensive breakfast muffins.

A limited selection of items but good none the less. Tried the tea and the sausage redemption. Not a fan of runny egg my only kinda complaint but good breakfast spot before hitting universal studios if in the area.

I went from 5 stars to 3 stars and now I think my final rating is 4 stars. It's just not consistent, especially in terms of drinks. I went recently and got a Rosebud Latte, which is my favorite, but once again, the cup felt light. I removed the lid to check and sure enough, it wasn't even full (you can see on the picture - plus the top part was whipped cream so the level of the latte itself was much lower). It's such a shame :(

Great sausage egg sandwich, quick and friendly service, Carmel iced coffee is good too. I asked if they had anything spicy, and he said they didn't - but he added a chalula packet in my bag. I thought that was thoughtful
